Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

• Standard shipping via regular mail: We offer free standard shipping within Canada (5-9 business days) with minimum order of $40 CAD. Gift packages are not included. For orders < $40, we offer $2.99 flat rate shipping.

• Express shipping with tracking #: We offer $14.99 flat rate shipping within Canada, free shipping for orders of $120 and more (3-5 business days). Gift packages are not included.

• Courier shipment within GTA: We offer $14.99 flat rate home delivery, free shipping for orders of $120 and more (same day to 1 day). Gift packages can be included.

• For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently offer meetup in Oakville near Mississauga.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States. 

• Express shipping with tracking #: We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping to United States, free shipping for orders of $60 USD and more (3-7 business days). Gift packages are not included.

• For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which may include a tracking number you can use to check its status if applicable. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@charmingstar.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

The care required for jewelry depends on the materials used. However, some general tips include avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, such as household cleaners, and removing jewelry before engaging in activities like swimming or exercising. Storing jewelry in a clean, dry place and cleaning it regularly with a soft cloth can help maintain its shine. CharmingStar will provide complimentary jewelry polishing cloth and airtight PVC bag with each order/shipment.
